Alfa began long before the doors officially opened. In the early ’90s, brothers Chris and George were learning the ropes in their parents’ bakery. Hands-on. Early mornings. Old school values. That foundation became the heart of Alfa.
Today, Alfa is a staple of Melbourne’s west with locations in Seddon, Yarraville and Whitten Oval. Still family-run. Still community-driven. Still doing what we do best. Serving good food and great coffee every day.
