CATERING TERMS & CONDITIONS
HOW TO ORDER
We encourage customers to set up a user account and place, manage and pay for orders fast and effortlessly online through our new online catering ordering platform.
Once your online order is accepted you will be emailed an order confirmation and copy of invoice.
Please do not hesitate to reach out to our team should you have nay questions or need assistance in getting set up.
TRADING & DELIVERY TIMES
Alfa Catering is available 7 days a week for delivery or pick up.
Monday – Friday 7am to 3pm
Saturday – Sunday 8am to 3pm
DELIVERY INFORMATION, COSTS & MINIMUM SPEND
Delivery fees are charged additionally based on location and distance. This is calculated upon check out.
Orders requiring multiple delivery times will be subject to delivery fees per timeslot.
Minimum spend for delivery is:
Monday to Friday Delivery - $100
Saturday to Sunday Delivery - $300
Your order can be expected 30 minutes within your delivery time.
We are dedicated to delivering great food on time. In the event that we are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances we will notify you as soon as possible.
ORDER NOTICE TIMES
Orders required for Saturday, Sunday or Monday must be placed by 2pm Friday
Orders required for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday must be placed by 2pm the day prior.
LATE ORDERS / SAME DAY ORDERS
Our team will try their best to fulfil late and same day orders. Please contact our team on 9687 3357 or email [email protected].
Choice of all menu items may not be possible, based on availability and we can not guarantee delivery.
Late and same day orders may attract a 10% surcharge.
Changes to your order can be made online or via email [email protected] up until order notice cut off times. Alterations after this time can not be guaranteed.

Cancellation charges will apply on orders cancelled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery / pick up time.
Payment is required in full upon ordering or within 7 days of invoice for approved accounts.
All prices shown or quoted are inclusive of GST unless otherwise specified.
Due to seasonal availability &/or significant market price fluctuations, all prices are subject to change without prior notice. Notice will be provided to the client with existing orders where practicable.
- Our platters are beautifully presented in bio degradable + disposable box complete with lid
- Our box platters come in three sizes. We will determine based on your ordered quantity which box size or combination of boxes are best suited to present your order.
- Platters are charged on a per serve basis and minimum order quantities are required
- As our platters are ideal to be shared, we recommend ordering our individual items for any guests with specific dietary needs
- Our individual items are beautifully presented individually wrapped / packaged + labelled if required (please specify in notes when ordering)
- Menu items with seasonal produce may be substituted without notice based on availability
ALLERGY, INTOLERANCES & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Alfa follows strict practices in accordance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
Our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten and other known allergens may be present. Although all care and caution is taken to minimise any risks of cross contamination, we can not guarantee items will be allergen free. We understand the serious implications of reactions to allergens, and ask that you please inform any of your guests who have serious food allergies. Alfa will not accept responsibility or liability for an adverse allergic reaction to our any of our food by any guest.
